This was the first time replacing my roof via an insurance claim so I wasn't sure what to expect or the process. Nick Wallis was great! He walked me through each step, followed up along the way, helped work out the schedule and got me a beautiful new roof. Cory was in touch during the installation process and was immediately on site when I had a hiccup with the schedule. Richard kept me informed from the beginning of how the schedule would proceed. At no time did I feel pressured or unsure of my decision to use Colorado Family Roofing and would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Nick and his team! (I'd give more than five stars if I could)

I was happy with the service provided, I think there is definitely a difference between CFR and others who try to get by with the minimum and get the most out of insurance companies. My roof was old and had an ACV policy which didn't cover any replacement costs. Having paid out of pocket I was more mindful of value and what was being installed. They stand behind their product and only use quality materials which would be an expensive upgrade with other companies. I owned an automotive repair business for 18 years and always chose quality parts and service even if it meant less margins on the jobs. I feel CFR operates in a similar manner and was one of the reasons I chose them.

I have had my roof replaced 5 times over the years. Colorado Family Roofing is by far the best I've used. Forget the"door knockers" and just give them a call. Brian is awesome and imparts his values to the entire crew.

A neighbor referred Colorado Family Roofing to us shortly after a double-whammy hailstorm went through our neighborhood in August of 2023. We are delighted to have had this company referred to us. Not only was the company’s staff polite but were very patient with us as well as very diligent in getting our many questions answered in a timely and expedient fashion. The subcontractors who did the roof, please note our roof is NOT a simple one with many hips, valleys and ridges, were also very polite and accommodating. The roof work was done to perfection.
