Overall, the quality of construction; the construction crew mess with concrete, nails, and screws. There were things left all over the yard. I would have been embarrassed to leave it like that.

After purchasing the home I realized very little thought went into the design of this home.

I’ve bought from Home Creations before so I turned to them when I was searching for a new home to purchase. I’m very pleased with the price point and overall construction of the Colony Fine Home and would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality home with good customer service.

We love the home! However, some of the details were rushed and overlooked. Moe, has been very helpful in correcting those issues. The fact that gutters were not included with the home was a big disappointment. We wish there was an option to have them included. In addition, we wish that fences were an option to have included. We love the energy efficiency of the home, as well as the durability of the house, which is built to withstand Oklahoma storms and tornadoes.

They were great. Easy communication.

Everything was not completed, and the contractors were very sloppy.

I am having drainage problems.

Words are inadequate. Alex and Josh, Wells Fargo mortgage and Chicago Title made my dream come true. Swift, accurate, truthful, diligent, and any other superlatives you can think of in a really great dream, all are attributable to the Colony Home buying process. Right home for the family, great location, friendly and confident expertise in what could have been an overwhelmingly tense period.

I am really disappointed with the quality of the house. After I moved in, I found out that there were a lot of issues that were hard to catch during the final walkthrough.

The builders did very well with customer service.  When I had problems at the home, I had no help.  I'm not happy with this builder at all.

Everyone was really friendly, and the process was seamless. We really like our house.

In the beginning, it was a difficult time for me. They kept pushing the closing date back. We were supposed to have the house in March, but we did not end up closing on the house until the end of August.

It was frustrating due to the delays, and several aspects of the workmanship were sloppy and needed to be fixed. I am still dealing with some minor issues now.

It should be disclosed that the motors for the garage door openers will not be included with a garage for a home that is built with a garage door (neither is there a way to lock the garage door from outside the house).
Lost time and nearly lost a rate lock due to unnecessary (not caused by Acts of God) delays in construction.

All in all, I am just glad that the builders did not back out of the contract and say they could not complete the house.

I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house. I’d tell them to make sure everything is working before signing the paperwork.

I feel like the structure of the home and the materials used could have been better.

The buying experience was horrendous. We were constantly lied to about the progress of our home, pushed further and further on completion date with them having prior knowledge that we had to be out of our rental by a certain date. We weren't given or shown any leniency but were expected to bend and conform to every demand and deadline made by Colony Fine Homes.
