With any issues such as the nail accident, he was very responsive and made everything right. He made sure with my insurance company that I was paid everything to get my money from my claim. I am 50 years old, and I have never been through a disaster or had to file a claim. Not only that, but I had no idea what I was doing and what to expect. He went above and beyond helping me.
