The communication is really bad. After they got our business and I paid the deposit, we met one time to lay out the plan, and then I didn't hear back from them for almost a month. I tried to reach out, and they kept saying it was going to be starting but never provided a valid reason for the delay. I had a tough time getting in touch with someone at the company.

The quality of the work was good from our perspective. It was the communication and lack of supervision during the job which could have been better unfortunately.
