Working with CMC was a seamless process. More than half of the coordination was done between Tim and me while I was outside of the state. The coordination was done very well and they are easy to work with. Tim did an excellent job with his communication and I felt very confident in his ability to get things done and done well.

We wish it had worked out with CMC. Chad and Tim knew how to talk a good talk, but when it came down to it, the schedule was not met along with the quality of the work was subpar. We were just cashing out on projects as we did not think they would follow through or complete them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend CMC Construction LLC to friends or family.

They seemed professional and explained everything well. Can’t complain with the work. However, the timeline I was given was much much shorter than it ended up taking. I would have not hired them knowing I have to live in a construction zone for weeks, and only because bigger contracts were given priority. I feel they were dishonest just to get the contract. Therefore, I would not recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about CMC Construction! Their work is top notch, all of the men that worked at our house were professional AND they love dogs (fortunately for us as we have two Malamutes). I've even recommended them to a friend :-)
