Manny, who is in sales at the office, and Tommy, who works in installation, were both great. Both were so helpful, upbeat, friendly, and they made everything easy. The former cable service that I used had a similar offer where the customer gets 90 days of HBO for free. However, they did not make me aware that when those 90 days were up, I would for HBO if I did not tell them I didn't want it, so I really appreciated that Manny went ahead and took the service off for me once that time came around.
I am really happy with it. I am glad I changed my service. At the time that I chose to go with them there was a promotion where the customer receives a $ 150 gift card. I thought that deal was fantastic, and I appreciated that I got it within a couple of weeks. I received a similar deal from a phone company, but that time I had to wait 6 weeks to receive the card.
The company was very responsive and technically savvy.
On time and know their business. Also, did their best to be reasonable with their fees and our ongoing costs.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Channel Choice as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
