Would absolutely HIGHLY recommend! I will recommend to everyone I know about Champion Windows. This was truly the best and easiest experience with absolutely any and every house involved project. You completely exceeded all of our expectations and we are so happy with our new windows!

I did not have a good experience with Champion Windows of Springfield. I would not recommend to anyone.

The installers were very polite and professional. They had me check their work after conpletion. The installation was very neat and well done. They cleaned up nicely after the job was done and I was happy that they cleaned the windows so we wouldn’t have to.

Champion windows are exceptionally awesome! The #7 window not being updated is a big disappointment. Also the language barrier in dealing with the install crew. All in all, I would recommend Champion to our friends.

Maybe, but there are issues that needs to be addressed: honesty, integrity, improve on length of time to produce windows, don’t overpromise, and improve communication.

Showed up when they said they would. Quality of replacement windows actually much better than I expected. Way less expensive ( by 1/3 ) than Anderson windows. Will use champion if I have to replace more windows.

Cost is way too high for product. No contact after sales. Simular to a used car salesman.

The trim of the windows DOES NOT match the windows. If you can make a window a certain color, why can't the trim be made of same material to match!!!!

Matt Hudson was very knowledgeable and we were impressed with the windows. We are replacing 5 windows through Champion because of Matt Hudson.

Overall I was very pleased with my window replacement project with Champion.

Overall our experience was sastisfactory. There were a couple of glitches with the contract that had to be corrected on a couple of occasions. And when we asked Jared Swearingen about the awnings that were to be removed from the front of the house and they were not to be put back on Jared told us when we asked if Champion Windows would haul off the awnings when the job was complete and Jared said that it was no problem the awnings would be hauled off by the installation crew. Well that has not happened and the awnings are still sitting on the ground at our house. I have called about this and was told that someone would be notified about this problem.

Very satisfied with product and the experience with all the sales and installation of products

Windows are exceptional quality. We have already felt the difference whether it is a hot or cold day. Rooms now stay at a more consistent temperature whether we are running the heat or air conditioning. Sales and installation were outstanding.

Comments based currently on cracked outside pane of the largest picture window within first three weeks following install. Cause unknown, awaiting Springfield Missouri Champion staff analysis and replacement. This is holding up next Champion project (sun room deck). At least I get to see the Champion warranty in action and get an assessment of it's responsiveness at addressing issues.

Everything was done right and installation crew was fantastic. Looks great.

I wanted to do some shopping, but the guy that came out said I had to get it right at the time, or it would cost me a lot more. He didn't give me a choice, and I wanted the windows. I wouldn't recommend sending him out to anybody.

Too many mistakes

Champion windows had good pricing & that was about it. The amount of follow up we had to do to get issues fixed (and they still aren’t) was ridiculous. We still have windows that have vinyl welds that look like a toddler did them. The wood the team
Cut out was jagged and uneven and while they did the bases AFTER to make It look decent, we still should’ve been made aware that it would look and be left that bad. If I hadn’t of fought to have it fixed, they would’ve left it as is. And I was told “that’s just how we do it & we don’t fix it”.

Our windows fog up with condensation on the inside every single time it’s cold. That’s why we decided to buy new windows- so it’s frustrating that it’s still happening after spending a lot of money.

Holes were left in the side of the vinyl & when I asked about it, I was told they were left that way, but they later came back and put in plugs which made it look much nicer. The install team did not clean up the windows well - didn’t even touch the glass or vacuum out the tracks- and they didn’t wear any type of footwear cover to prevent mud dirt etc from tracking in.

Overall, not happy as we were recommended to use champion from a family friend who lives in another state. I believe they had a much better experience but I would not recommend champion.

They also sent the wrong window initially and we had to reorder which delayed the entire project (that we had planned out due to the birth of our baby) and they had to come AFTER the baby was born and was only 2 weeks old- which I did not want).

I will say, the business team and the install team were both very kind and responded to my requests generally quickly and worked around my schedule. But there was no rush or apologizes to get things done or taken care of and I had to follow up on every little thing. We still have picture windows that have cracked vinyl welding that have not been addressed.

I will recommend highly if our issues are resolved.

The installers did a good job in a really old house.

There was a lack of communication before installation. Nobody told me my blinds would no longer fit. When the installation crew came the first time they told me they didn't have all of my windows. I do wish I was informed of that while I was scheduling them to come out. My last 2 windows took almost 3 months to show up. The installation crew did an amazing job and the windows were good quality. I had a couple of issues with the windows (sharp edges, loose latches etc.) The installation crew was able to fix everything except for the top corners of my picture windows which had exposed foam on the inside and outside. After installation I was contacted by Champion and asked if I had any issues. I informed them of the exposed foam and they put in a service to have it fixed. I also told them I was upset about the blinds no longer fitting and I was told they would "take care of it" but I haven't heard back about that. Not the best experience for me but the quality is good and the installation was very good so 4 stars from me.

Love my new Champion windows both inside and out!

The 2 men that came over were excellent workers. Very professional and hard workers. They deserve a raise. Cleaned everything up and even washed the windows. We would definitely recommend them to work for others. The windows are quality and look so nice. Thank you. Robert and joyann poore.

I have enjoyed the fact that I can leave curtains open and the room will not overheat. This is a huge plus. I love the windows.

My experience with Champion was A1 from the beginning. Everyone I talked to and spoke with was interested ln seeing that I understood what I was purchasing. I was notified periodically where my order stood. The installers were prompt in arriving and were very much gentlemen and pleasant during their work day. I am pleased 100% with my windows, they are beautiful and I am enjoying them every day. I hope to purchase more another time.

I wanted 8 windows and only got 6 window.

Unless they hurry up and replace the defective screens and cracked window frame I would not recommend champion windows to anyone.

The workers were extremely professional. They were incredibly easy to work with and produced excellent results. They took the time to show me what they did and how it worked. I would rate them 5+.

There were some internal communication issues between the salesman, the construction manager, and the installation crew. However, we're very pleased with the windows and the installation.

The windows are not complete. The frame around the windows was left unfinished. Cold air still comes in. It was not caulked all the way. We were show a complete look when the windows were bought. Frame from the storm windows we’re taking down with the windows. The frame work was on the storm windows. Plus the windows were smaller then the ones taken down. Not happy at all

Every window leaks air. Problem still not resolved.
