They delivered what they promised!
There was a lack of communication on their part. I feel like I was lied to by the salesman. I think the product is good, but the customer service after you sign the papers is not good.
Customer service was excellent, delivered on time and on budget. Very happy.
The first sales person that came out was a mess. She took off her shoes when I told her not to and she said "oops too late", and did not put them back on. She was at my home for hours on end remeasuring and recalculating, 6 1/2 hrs. in total. After we finally chose the windows I wanted, she called me later and told me that I couldn't have them and had to choose a different style. We went through this many times. I was extremely disappointed and discouraged and asked for a different sales rep.
We have noticed that the home stays cooler now with the double pane windows than our old single pane windows. It is a big difference, and we noticed immediately how cool the home stays on the inside.
It took a lot longer to install the project than I thought it would. I had windows sitting, not done, for about 5 weeks. It delayed my siding getting done. They did a good job installing, but it just took a lot long and pushed things back into the busy season.
These Windows are superior in function and quality. Beautiful Windows that we appreciate year round.
They were 2.5 months late starting the project. I never heard from anyone to keep me apprised as to the delays. I had to get the main headquarters from back east.
The doors are really expensive.

There was a great attention to detail. All of the windows were properly measured and fitted into place. The quality of the windows is outstanding. We have noticed that the house seems to be warmer now with the old windows replaced by these new windows.
The windows are of good quality. The company was difficult to deal with.
