well, when the original meeting happened, I told the rep and his supervisor what windows I wanted. Got a price (this is my second phase of upgrading) and placed my order. Later they sent out a measuring guy who said it appeared the count was wrong (3 short) the count was updated and the additional windows were added at no cost. Great, except somehow there was 1 window omitted after the supposed correction. Installers came and then it was discovered. They did a great job, but I still don't have total satisfaction, since we're still 1 window short! Not sure why these guys can't count, or can't enter an order correctly, but now, since the original contract has been completed (supposedly) my financing agreement has started and I'm having to make my scheduled payments!

"Communication"

Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful.
If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way.
Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed.
Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays.
If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated.
Sharing photos (before and after) of the completed work would be a nice touch.
Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete.

Champion doesn't respond or deliver in the timely manner that they promise. The product is not what they promised either.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had w a professional company. I waited over 5 months for my window install - had to pay extra money due to a salesman error - the RM was no help - the only communication you are good at is getting your money.

Service was good but very pricey

We ordered windows In February of 2024 and were told we would receive them in April 2024. At the end of April we had not heard anything from anyone. I reached out and was told someone would call me back, 3 weeks went by nothing. This continued to happen. Finally told that they were on their way. Three more weeks nothing. Then told that something came in wrong. More time went by and no one called.
Finally, told that a team would be out to install, I took the day off and no one showed. I called they said they thought that it was just a swap and did not have a team to come out and it would be a few days. I was not happy about that so they sent one person who would only come out for a few hours a day.
It took two weeks to install 4 windows.
The windows were crooked and missing locks. We were told they would be tinted and they were not.
Several weeks later they came to fix the missing locks and broke the window. That was last August.
I am still waiting on the window to be fixed. I got an email at the end of May that someone would call to schedule the window to be fixed. It is now almost July.
The windows are not the best quality.
I have several other windows I want to replace and I will not be using you.
