Communication is not the best.

I am very pleased with my project but it’s a little more costly than my budget.

Very professional and very friendly, my windows look amazing and when they finished working they cleaned up their mess.

Never got an invoice that explained what I purchased, what was on sale, where were my savings, what am I paying for, how many windows and the cost of each. I just cannot fathom why this is such a difficult request to fulfill.
HINT: I NEED THIS FOR TAX CREDIT NEXT YEAR!!!!!

The entire process was a pleasure

I was impressed with the Siding, but I had 9 windows replaced by another company (Window Depot) because was better value than the deal offered by Champion.

Quality product, professionalism

After job completion could have been more promt in clearing scrap…my sales agreement indicated Canyon color gutters to match my fascia but instead received Terratone color gutters…close match but not what I was expecting

Very professional and respectful

The windows appear to be quality and are very nice, however we are not as happy with the appearance of the metal framing and finish work. They were working with existing wood framing so we did not expect things to be perfect but do think for the financial investment the final results should have been nicer.

We would not recommend and decided to use another company for the second half of the project. Solely due to the quality of the windows and doors - prior experiences the products left and looked more robust - for the MK ey we now feel other windows and doors offer a better product

In my conversations with Champion staff and installers I said I would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone. I feel like I have been ripped off. As an older female widow, I think people take advantage of me.

We have had a wonderful experience with Champion, for our windows needs. From the polite informed salesperson, to the hardworking, kind installation person! Both of which were particularly impressive with their professionalism, hard work, and kind manner! Highly recommend!

We would recommend Champion because of their professionalism. The process was relatively stress free thanks to our salesperson Brock Johnson. He responded promptly to our calls or texts, and he handled all our concerns, unlike other salespersons that we have dealt with. Additionally, our project was completed earlier than originally estimated, and we are pleased with the finished project. Brock is a five star employee, and Champion made an excellent decision to let him represent them.

After the ideal this was, I like the product but the experience we had makes recommending difficult

We have been happy with most aspects of the sunroom. We are enjoying it and it adds a lot of enjoyment to the house. However, there are a few minor issues. At least 2 of the windows have dirt in between the panes of glass, so they will need to be replaced. A couple of the screens had small tears or imperfections that are scheduled to be replaced. But these issues, and a couple that have already been fixed, are all things that Champion either has or will correct, so that is a real plus.

The glass door looks great from the street and is high quality.
