Window installation was great, but windows came with streaks and dirty between the panes of all 5 picture windows and 1 panel of one other window!

Be more careful to not damage things. Hire a true carpenter for wood cutting and installing.

The measuring team even came out twice just to make sure that they had all measurements correct before starting the production process. How quick the install process was

The sales presentation was very informative. Though it seemed like ages before the door was installed, I loved it! Champion sent text throughout the process and provided answers to my questions timely.

I would recommend the installation team, but the sales team, especially the manager Aaron, was a nightmare and full of lies just to make a sale.

I can better answer this question with a ten at such time that the replacement glass insert is installed.

The convenient experience starting with the sales representative, financing and installation team. I was also kept informed each step of the way.

Our new window is beautiful

Champion met and exceeded our expectations. Our timeline from beginning to finish was perfectly executed. We were pleasantly surprised by the noise reduction capability of our windows- couldn’t hear emergency vehicles or air traffic once installed. Love that !!!

It took a long time to make the windows, but it was basically according to the schedule that the salesperson provided.

We initially met with the sales rep in January 2024 and our window install was completed this past weekend, April 2025.

Professional. Quality windows.

My order was made in August. The salesman advised it would take 12 weeks due to the color choice. My windows were installed in January, 5 months later, after several inquires on my part for the status and my door was installed in March. I understand issues, errors, and shipping delays happen my concern is no communication from the company on the status changes throughout the process. Communication keeps the customer informed and shows concern. Overall, everything else went smoothly. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured that contact was made in connection to any delays throughout the process. One of my screens does not fit, and the installer advised he would be letting the office know. The window and door quality appears to be as advertised and I would suggest the company to other family members, letting them know there maybe delays.

The job is still not complete and o one is contacting me with status and a completion date. I need status and coordination.

Based solely on the terrible Fort Worth Office Staff (all the way to the top), I would not recommend Champion Windows to any of my friends. The Salesperson Beau King was great (but he is no longer with Champion). The guy that measured the windows was great and the Installation Crew were great. But the Fort Worth Office Staff "SUCKED" throughout the entire process.

The design is aesthetically pleasing and highly practical, showcasing elegance and functionality in every detail.

My job was promised in October. It’s now January and still not done, due to Champion not supplying info requested by city permit issuer in a timely manner, delays in producing customer glass, and not ordering door at same time as glass. Getting a response to phone calls and texts not good.

The only reason that I didn't give a higher rating is because of the sales/order experience.

This company runs like a fine Swiss Watch, from start to finish. Personal service, very knowledgeable staff, incredibly quick and thorough responses. Great follow up. I’m unbelievably impressed!

No, this experience was horribly unpleasant. It took so much longer than originally agreed upon and there was a lack of attention and care throughout.

This would be 5 if communication was better while waiting on delivery. The end product looks great and installation was done on a Saturday.
