They are professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
The installers even helped us with taking down and putting back up our window blinds.
We are a repeat customer with Champion. Some years ago they installed our patio doors with which we are extremely proud.
There products are a good value for the money.

Basically, I was really impressed with the level of service all through, from start to finish.

Poor construction led to the sliding glass door leaking and creating puddles of water on my living room floor. In the bathroom, there was a hole the size of a quarter where something had been knocked over, and there is another spot where there is about 6 inches of paint missing that nobody mentioned. There were two teams that arrived, and the sliding door is where I have a problem. The men who installed the two windows in the bathroom, one of which was above the shower, left everything very nice and cleaned up behind themselves. However, the men who installed the door left a mess and did not properly clean up after themselves, giving the impression that two different companies had come out, despite the fact that everyone was from the same company.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and understood what I needed. The quality of my windows is absolutely great. The crew that installed them were professional. The whole experience with this company was excellent. I absolutely recommend it

They were very prompt and professional, and they did a good job.

It took 5.5 months for the windows to show up. Screens followed 3 weeks later. The windows were measured upside down (which went against the existing shutters. The windows CAN NOT be opened from the inside to clean due to the existing shutters in spite of bringing this to the attention of the sales woman who was quick to say they would work just fine. New shutters will be 5K, These windows do NOT warrant that much mony. NO ONE ever made contact with us, we had to initiate contact every time we wanted to know the status. I don't know about you, but my friends are too important in my life to screw them over as I have been done

Sales person & 1st person that came told us they could install as they got windows & install in stages. Not the case. Took forever the windows to be ready to install. Months. Had high electricity bill

Champion Windows was super easy to work with, very professional, and got everything done sooner and faster than we expected. We were expecting them to be installed in August, and they were installed at the end of June.

I want to especially commend the men who installed the windows. They did such a wonderful job! They were so polite. This is such a small thing, but when they would leave the house and come back in, they closed the door so softly. It was very refreshing for us.

The windows were extraordinary. The crew was wonderful. The issue was that the sales person did not write down that I wanted grids on two of my windows. That detail was missed and I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone. When I got the sales manager, he was rude and condescending. He seemed unable to do anything. He was condescending and disrespectful to me. I am 79 years old, and have been in the sales industry for over 50 years. I've worked in the USA and internationally. I would never hire him. The installation manager really tried to help, but the sales manager ignored my calls.

I would just like to say thank you to Champion windows for your most courteous and professional service. I would highly recommend you to any of my friends or family that are needing windows.
