The biggest thing I like is the quality of the windows and frames how everything seals. But I also had very good customer service from the sale all the way through the installation.

How quick the install process was

The sales presentation was very informative. Though it seemed like ages before the door was installed, I loved it! Champion sent text throughout the process and provided answers to my questions timely.

I would recommend the installation team, but the sales team, especially the manager Aaron, was a nightmare and full of lies just to make a sale.

I can better answer this question with a ten at such time that the replacement glass insert is installed.

Our new window is beautiful

Champion met and exceeded our expectations. Our timeline from beginning to finish was perfectly executed. We were pleasantly surprised by the noise reduction capability of our windows- couldn’t hear emergency vehicles or air traffic once installed. Love that !!!

It took a long time to make the windows, but it was basically according to the schedule that the salesperson provided.
