Champion windows are superior to any other brand we have ever installed. They do not leak or sweat and they are custom fitted. They are considerably different from other windows in terms of framing. They solved existing problems other brands could not. However, this time we had to order virtually and there was no local person to contact. Previously, we had an entire folder with information. This time, I couldn't even get a copy of my contract. Hopefully, this has mainly to do with the pandemic and hail storm situations because the product is definitely superior.
I Would NOT RECOMMEND! it took 8 months for our windows to be installed! This was NOT because of covid! They brought our windows from the manufacturer 3 times but they didn't fit! Salesperson never returned calls when we had issues. Corporate never returned calls. We were just stuck waiting for them to get the measurements right!
They did a great job. They did my siding, and I was very pleased with the colors, and the installation. Also, the people that came out were clean, polite, and fast. They did a great job.
Good Sales Folks, good Quality, price seems high but understand good Quality Windows & Doors & good Installation not cheap.
No I will not recommend Champion.

Love the windows , the quality and everyone we dealt with through the process was great. It took longer for the install than it should have and I still feel the price is a bit high.
Compared to other window companies that we have interviewed or read information about their products, we believe Champion has superior products and service.

The installers were terrific and accommodating! They answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed.
They took 50% longer on install than they said, and still have not come back to fix flaws or damage. I have not been reimbursed for any of this and I still have 2 broken windows in my home.
Took from May to November to get my order completed.
Window caulking was not very neatly done. Messy
The customer service was horrible, I have been waiting now for 3-4 months to get a lock fixed.
Regarding the window, they installed my windows twelve years ago; I like it and don't have any problems.
They did a very close follow up to get the permit with the city, which was particularly difficult with the COVID-19 situation. After the permit was granted, the installation proceeded. Heath Whiteside, the person who supervised and coordinated the project did an excellent job, keeping me informed of the progress made with the installation. Once the project was finished, we were very happy with how the project turned out.
They are the most professional and organized contractor that I have ever hired. They have been on time and they did what they promised.
