The product is beautiful and lived up to its name,but the crew and staff was disorganized.
They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole procedure.
The windows were perfect. But the installation manager was a no show twice. I stayed home from work on two separate days and no one showed up. I was later told that they didn't come because it was cold and rainy. However I never got a call and I lost money by not going to work. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely unprofessional acting as if my time didn't matter and they would get to me when they could. Also I didn't receive an apology for the no show. It was like it was my fault no one showed up or called. He kept giving excuses as if I should have know they were not coming with no warning. I spent too much money on these windows to be treated like my time was not valued. For this reason I will never work with this company again. That installation manager needs coustomer service training. He wasted my time and then acted like I didn't matter.
The staff is very professional and the installers were excellent.

I was especially pleased with the team that installed my windows. They worked hard, never took a break and did a beautiful job.
Months after install we are still waiting for the job to be completed. A sash damaged at install is still damaged with no sign of a resolution and no contact from Champion.
They have quality work and good service. I'm satisfied with the quality of my sliding door.
Champion Windows of Ft. Worth does a good job, but it could take up to 3 months for your installation to actually occur. If you want any information about scheduling, etc, you will most likely be the one that has to take the initiative and time to contact the company to find out.
From the proposal to the installation Champion of Fort Worth met all our expectations and requests. The window fabrication was completed faster than expected which turned out to be perfect for the weather during installation. The materials used are top notch and the installation crew did a great job in minimizing the disruption and installation debris. I can recommend Champion to anyone who is looking to replace one or a house full of windows. Our job included 17 of varying styles and sizes and they all fit well the first time!
The price was too high.
We did some research after speaking with the sales representative and the best overall value for our money. We've only had them a month and we have already noticed a reduction in noise, our allergies have improved and our electrical usage has declined. Plus they make the house look great!
I would recommend Champion Windows to a friend, because I like them very much, they did a great job.
I wish they Champion stood behind their word and gave me100% being a first-time consumer versus making this a nightmare, this is a 4-month nightmare. They have done nothing to accommodate messging up my first time order.
Out of all the contractors, they were the most professional and the most reasonably priced.

I had my family members that came down after the work was done. About three of them have called from a different to state to have the same thing done to their house. The quality of the materials and the way they put it up is unbelievable to watch.
