Very easy to work with and any concerns we had were addressed right away.

When the work actually got done, it was quality work. Every. Single. Other. Step of the way was such a colossal screw up, especially for the price point, it was unacceptable.

Quality of product

Good service and quality but awful expensive. Supposed to buy 2 windows get 2 free. That would mean that 1 window costs $3,000.??? The windows they did were a necessity, so didn’t have a choice. I will shop around for my other ones.

I like the windows.

One window broke during install. Company more interested in me signing legal document saying I was satisfied (when I’m not yet) than fixing window. Says fix is ordered in rush but timeline for rush exact same as original timeline. No follow up’s from company for a week following issue and when they did, only interested in me signing legal completion doc.

We are pleased with the product but the whole process with mis-measurements, re-scheduling, lack of preparedness of the install team, bowing screens, and leaky windows after the fact has been a nightmare of stress

The doors were not built correctly. Now waiting for news one to be built. The installation took much longer than we were told because essential hardware was not sent. Front of the house was open to the outdoors for over 4 hours when the temperature was in the low 50’s.

Then, Champion had the nerve to call requesting final payment.

I have replaced all my windows with Champion and your warranty is great.

Initial installation went poorly. Communication was very poor installers initially told us that white windows on our Brown house would look horrible. Quality control of the Windows was poor installation manager did finally come out to the house and we’ll see if the problems are rectified in a reasonable time

You weren't clear about exterior trim. I wanted my exterior window color to be brown but not the trim. Now the trim on my new windows does not match the rest of my window trim, gutters, downspout and fascia; therefore I have an added expense of either redoing my newly installed window trim or changing all my other stuff to match. I feel you had an obligation to be more clear-because who would want mismatched trim on their whole house? Also my screens did not show up with my window order but when I withheld the last $2300.00 payment-already paid over $20000.00-until my screens came in, the "boss" threatened to turn me over to collections and the to lien my house-not a nice way to treat customers. He also sent someone to my house to pressure me into signing a paper saying he couldn't pay the installer until I paid the last $2300.00

Because of Champions lack of communication, timely delivery, and questionable quality, I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time

Outside of the new windows, we didn't even know the installer were there. Beautiful windows, fast and professional installation. Highly recommend!!

The windows are great quality, service was thorough.

The communication between the workers and the Champion rep. and us, the homeowners was poor. The workers did a great job and worked hard. I had to specifically ask them to cut out the rotted wood in several places and replace it, otherwise they were just going to cover it with siding.

The installation was very unsatisfactory

Windows are expensive so I don't think that it's unreasonable to expect expert insulation. Mine was horrible.

Your management team set an appointment by phone text and my E mail for 6/25/25 with a begin time of 10 -noon that was received on 6/16/25 (widows are in) and then 6/19/25 install date and time. I TOOK OFF WORK THAT DAY to meet and be available for the basement glass block windows install.

6/25/25 at 11:30 am I called 937-528-2126, your receptionist “ I will have someone call you”.
1:00 pm I called 513-715-3101, spoke to Wendy. She apologized with “we have been having problems with scheduling. She said she would call Austin, install manager, and he would call me. HE DID NOT.
3:00 pm I called 513-715-3101 no one picked up the call.

6-30-25 @ 10:00 am, I called 513-715-3101 Amanda’s phone said “Not at my desk”.
10:05 am I called 528-2226 and left a message for Austin to call me. This is the SECOND MESSAGE TO CALL ME.
10:10 am Austin calls and says” I’m not seeing any text or Email to you”. I provided dates and times of Champions text and e mail. I informed him I lost a days wage of $250 to be available. Austin’s response was I can only offer a $100 gift card. I said NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want to speak to corporate. He said I will have someone call you. That did not happen.
7/1/25 called 937-528-2126 at 9:30 and left a message on Amanda’s voicemail. Called at 9:50 am to 513-715-3101 and spoke to Kiya, she patched me to Bob( patio supervisor who gave me Jordan Deeb, Austin’s manager, who apologized but said the same thing.
Window date re set .

Installer was fantastic

The initial meeting went okay we signed up to have windows put in our home. The salesman messed up our paperwork though and no one including a manager could give us answers or correct it in the system so for weeks we received calls from billing which was very frustrating. When we requested a call back no one ever returned our calls.
installation day went great.

Craftsmanship of installer (Tom) was very impressive, he did an excellent job solving what was previously a trouble area in roof lines and on overall construction.
