We payed for our purchase in lieu of free financing. Did not care for the way this was handled. We wrote check to the salesman for the first installment and your billing department processed the check for $3,000 more than check was written for. (Luckily for your company we had deposited enough in that account to cover the over charge.
Then we got a call weeks later that the mistake was finally caught. Then we were asked to wire an additional amount to have our order placed at the factory. Hmmm!
Forgot to mention that prior to the processing mistake we got a call from your installer department that our windows were ready to be installed. We notified them that there must be some kind of mistake as no one had even been to our residence to measure windows. Hmmm!

The windows are quality! My install date was March 10. 2025. The installers told me the windows did not fit. That was a negative experience. Having to reschedule for install and prepare my home a second time for install was a negative experience. I wouldn't want anyone I know to have to experience these things.
They arrived without all the screens for the windows and it has been a couple months and two phone calls to try and get the screens for the windows. No luck so far
The front end experience was good, however, customer service after installation and payment not good.
