The remediation service was very good. They removed all the mold, mildew, damage, and damaged items. However, you should be sure to give specific directions on where to place undamaged items in the house. The master bed wasn't the place to put it.
They were on the money and knew what they were doing.
They were recommended to me by the insurance company and since day one I have had issues with them. They come whenever they feel like, even when you've both agreed on a time. They will also text you when they arrive instead of calling or ringing the doorbell. So, by the time you see the text they have already left. They were supposed to come back to finish their services and it's been almost a month and I've messaged them and no response. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible!
