Kyle gave a thorough and reasonable quote and left us with shingle samples to decide on colour. His crew were professional, courteous and careful with the safety of themselves and of our house/deck. They worked consistently and quickly but paid close attention on special areas of the roof. They did not yell or play really loud music and were careful when our dog was out in the yard. We are extremely happy with their work, service and the quality of our roof. It looks amazing and has stood up well with our windy area.

Communication
Communication - Kyle checked in with me before the work began, at the start, during the project, at the end of the work and then finally again a week or so later to ensure we were satisfied. The team leader checked in at the start and end of each day so I knew when the crew would be on the roof and outside of the house.
