Areas For Improvement - They fell short in the subcontractors for landscaping and the trim-work. Some of the trim-work we had to have people come back for. The granite guy was especially bad. They should get some better subcontractors.

The service that he personally provided that was great. Not only did Castlebuilt Homes provide us with a great product, but they also provided us with great service.

I could always get ahold of him at any time. He was just helpful in general, in all aspects, from big things to little things. That's what I liked most about the experience.
