I was very impressed with the crew that performed the work at my house. I have 3 concerns which a representative returned and inspected with me and assured me they would be addressed when good weather was here. Clean up was great and they were here a total of 6 hours including their lunch break.

The salesmen were efficient in their display. The contractors were fast, friendly, and clean with the installation.

They are the most professional company that I have dealt with the greatest product and warranty.

We had our roofing scheduled for late October. The crew came out, got 98% of the work done and promised to come back and clean up the rest. It took repeated calls and emails to get them back out to finish the job. Debris was left in the yard and in the flowerbeds. We were sold on services and workmanship, and instead it's been a fight to simply get the work finished. It took another handful of visits over the course of two months to get thing finished and properly trimmed. They never fixed the paint that got ripped off during the install, despite leaving paintbrushes in the gutters.

Everything was great, they showed up on time and had excellent workmanship.

They work out really good.

Everyone we have been working with has been super friendly and helpful. We had a tree fall on our house 3 days after our new windows were installed, shattering our new sliding glass door. Obviously this wasn't covered under warranty, but when I called them to tell them I needed another new door, they called me back letting me know they were going to bring out a "loaner door" they had from another job that didn't work for the other job. This was above and beyond anything I would have expected, and we appreciated the gesture very much!

Had windows and roof both done. Very good quality materials and good workmanship on both. The roofers even installed a roof boot (I provided materials) for free as I am doing an electric to gas HVAC conversion. The sales people for each side were very helpful and educational. My only complaint was not getting a final paid invoice to turn into my insurance company on time, and this affected my payout. But at the end of the day the quality of work is most important to me, and they did a great job on my windows and roof.
