I think the fence itself looks very good. However, for the amount of money I paid, it should be better than very good. It should look perfect. And there were communication issues on several fronts...including the height of the fence on each side not being even, the hardware for the walk thru gate, the fact that you don't seal the wood and didn't tell me that until the last day....I could go on.

She kept me informed about the progress was a great point of contact, as was Tom Wirtanen, in quality control and warranty. Those four stood out for their effective communication and great customer service. I can't say enough about my experience. They were amazing from the first call to being very understanding about me changing the date 3 times because of other construction issues in our back yard. The guys who came out were so professional and went above and beyond to clear some big surprises we found behind the old existing fence. They also had to deal with 2 very unreasonable neighbors of mine. And when i thanked them, they said "no problem, it's what we do" I would and have recommended them to other people already. Also when we realized the second gate latch wasn't going to be what we needed, they came out and changed it right away!
