While the mitigation process was successful, it took longer than expected due to other “priority” jobs that pulled the crew away. Also thorough photographs were not taken prior to demolition which left us guessing how to rebuild.

I would not use nor recommend Carolina Restoration Services. I was unhappy with the way they handled our situation in our home.
They removed all the wet insulation but completely destroyed the entire underbelly in doing so. Could not get a vendor to fix.
They do not follow through or honor commitments.
Carolina Restoration did a superb job of restoring our upstairs bathroom. We did not realize the extent of the damage we had. We were concerned about the possibility of mold formation. They came out right away and performed moisture measurement and explained the extent of the water damage we had. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend them for any restoration job.
The first work had to be redone and when it was redone and completed I would give it a 4 on the second try. I am finishing the rest.
