I recommend them to my friends and family. They did such a good job. They changed the whole outlook of the house. I enjoy the windows. The people were nice, courteous, and they cleaned up behind themselves when they were done.
From the very beginning, they stayed in contact with me. Once the work was done they checked to see if I was satisfied. I was very impressed with their professionalism and I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, everyone was very thorough and explained everything to us. What they were going to do, what they were using. The whole thing was laid out step by stepI especially loved that they didn't make me feel dumb if I asked a question. Our representative, Patricia, at Sam's was awesome. Our representative, Tyler, was phenomenal! Norm was always so sweet every time we spoke. Steve who came out to our house to get measurements and do a lead test was a little more soft spoken but still extremely wonderful. Jeremy, our installer, was not only super professional but very respectful of not only his surroundings in the house, but with myself and my pets as well. He got the job done in one day and stopped many times to have me come physically look and I was the one who told him where I wanted what as far as placement for the grab bar, the corner shelf. I have never been so impressed by a company before and I will definitely be contacting Carolina Home Remodeling when we do our master bath.
The work is good but the finance and the quote of the amount no, it changed.
They were great, came on time, did a good job, delivered materials with no problems. The crew came and went to work! Everything was great!

The previous issues mentioned and also because the salesman, who was professional and really lovely. When we did the financing work, we were led us to believe that we were financing the work. What was not explained was that it was a line of credit, which we found out that it was credit was, after the paperwork was signed, and when he gave me a card and said it was a line of credit. Because we were not told that we needed a line of credit for the project and we were supposed to be financing the job- we would have done it a different way had we known. It left a bad taste in my mouth. It should have been more communication that was open.The salesman was excellent, and we know that he was following a script, but we do not know if that is just how financing is done that way or if we were just not informed or had a thorough explanation of how it works.
The installer who did the work was outstanding! He was working most of his job himself, he was quiet, and very professional.

I was more pleased with the installation than with the whole deal. I had 3 different companies come into my house. They were the first. It was a bad day for me because I was in a lot of pain. The man stayed for 3 hours and kept going on and on. I was going to scream. I told him that I just wanted to see who had the best deal, and I had to lay down. He made me sign something that I thought was just saying that I listened to his pitch, but I was signing a contract for $30,000. I am elderly. I will never pay this off. He was a very nice man and seemed to know what he was talking about, but it was like Chinese water torture. I had to go lay down. I know I shouldn't have signed everything. I wasn't paying attention to what I signed. My house was a mess because I was in the hospital for weeks. I told the guys that put it in, "I know you are used to working in much nicer houses than this, but I am paying for this. I appreciate the fact that you are not treating it like a dump," but they did. I have never seen builders leave their trash in the hallway and in my yard.
I had made a down payment when I agreed to the purchase but then all of sudden about 6 weeks latter it was finally deducted from my bank account. After I complained about them taking the money that long after I had expected them to they offered me a gift card of $50. Latter someone in upper management called me to discuss the problems and said he was sending a $75 gift card. They sent $50 instead of $75.
I have noticed with these windows that my house does not get as hot, and I do not have to use the air conditioning as often.
When the person at Sam’s Club told me about the company, he said they’d “take pictures of my existing roof and show how the new roof would look”. That didn’t happen. In fact, the new roof clashes with the existing house color.The crew filled my recycle bin with trash and nails, nobody spoke English and I’m still finding roofing pieces in my shrubs and grass. That’s a safety hazard for when I do yard work.I didn’t mind paying more if it meant the quality was above average; however I’m not seeing that.
THIS WALK-IN SHOWER IS A PLUS FOR OUR DAILY USE. BOTH OF US HAVE DISABILITY AND WE DO APPRECIATE THE CARE THAT WAS TAKEN IN THE INSTALLATION.
