Would not recommend this company! My list of complaints is very long but to summarize, did not maintain schedule or even close to it. Job was supposed to be completed in Feb, did not happen until May. Outsourced the installation, poor to no communication through the whole process, had paperwork errors on their part, billing errors, and no one would ever call back after multiple attempts to contact the office! Would not recommend! It took three months to resolve my issues and it took me calling the Headquarters office in Jacksonville and speaking with the Director of Sales. He was finally able to resolve all issues!

I recommended people that had hurricane damage like I did after they saw everything we were going through. They said they would never hire these people to do anything. Time after time, they didn't get anything right. It took months and my wife is going through chemo and to have our house in disarray from October to February is a long time.

They were extremely professional and did a very clean and super job. They were great and knowledgeable. They were extremely quick and came out to address any questions I had.
They are very fast! Once we got a schedule date they were very efficient. My neighbors were surprised because their jobs took over two days and our was done in less than eight hours. I really liked my salesman Mr. Wheeler. I had a small issue and he came out and looked at it right away.
There are 4 people that I know that needed a roof shortly, and they are not going to use that company.
At times they are organized and at other times they are non communicative. They replaced the roof without giving me any advance notice and after replacing the roof they failed to give me any documentation.
I found the representative, Randy, extremely helpful and down to earth. He talked to me straight forward. He responded immediately and answered any questions that I had.

I was very pleased with the professional new roof we received from Carlson Enterprises. From the quality of their workmanship to the thorough cleanup, everything went as smoothly as we were promised. In our case, we had some rotten wood that needed replacing also, and it was done really well. The workers involved on our project were polite and considerate. But the standout was our salesman Randy Miller. He was on top of every concern we had, very professional, and friendly. We enjoyed working with him and are so happy we chose Carlson Enterprises for our job. They also had the best price too!
There were a few hiccups in the scheduling of certain steps, but the office and rep kept me informed of changes, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
