They were fantastic. They took very good care of me and walked me through it. I have never dealt with anything like this before. I was very, very pleased with them.
They were on time, did what they said they would do, did everything I asked, and if I had questions, they answered them. The installers that did the flooring and carpeting really knew their job. I was happy with what they did. The plumbers also did an exceptional job.
The job done was excellent. The work done on my home is beautiful!
They were thorough, efficient, and communicated with us throughout the project. Julia kept in constant contact with me.
I am still waiting on a cooktop. I haven't heard anything in a couple of months.

Service was good but there was just one minor glitch with communication within the company and it caused a few days delay.
The response time initially was great but as things continued I was most satisfied When it was all over. Every member of the team gave different information throughout this whole process and back tracked on what they explained during the process which wasn’t accurate. Major inconveniences were made due to poor explanations of processes. Certain team members even lied about what we, as home owners and customers, communicated clearly trying to make themselves look like they were always right and customer was always in the wrong. Did not how they left my house after “their part” was done. Would not recommend to anyone nor choose to use again.

When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of CareMaster as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
