I felt that everything that I experienced with C & C Home Imrovement was what I had anticipated and went smoothly. While the windows were not cheap they were a great value. That is what I always try to look at is the value in an item or a person. Thanks to C & C Home Improvement for their help and assistance in getting what Ruth & I was looking for.

My parents had a broken window, we contacted C&C to see if they would be able to fix it. They sent out a Pella representative to see if we could get a new window that matched the one that broke. Even though the windows were about 10 years old they were able to order us a replacement. They installed the new window super quickly. I would recommend using C&C!

This was our second time using C&C for window replacements. We did the upstairs windows two summers ago & this past summer we did the downstairs windows. As always, we had a great experience working with C&C. Everyone is very nice & great to work with. We did have a few small issues this round. We were missing one window, had a screen with a tiny hole & were missing a few pieces needed to make the kitchen window look better cosmetically after the install. All issues were fixed promptly. We got our missing window in & they came back out to install it & brought pieces for the kitchen window. They sent a Pella representative to replace our screen which was an easy fix! The guys that installed our windows did a great job, I felt comfortable having them in my home. They worked hard & quickly even in the extreme heat. They were careful with our old trim & put everything back together perfectly. One original window that was being removed broke, no biggy we were throwing them away anyways, but they cleaned everything up super thoroughly. I would highly recommend using C&C!

Product is great! Installation was very professional. The installers were friendly and made sure that I was happy with the process of the installation. No mess was left behind!
