This is a very good company. The quality of work, the communication with project manager Brian, the initial meetings with Corey -- were all 100% professional, friendly, and highly competent. They tore off my old (very large) roof and installed a new one, complete with all the frills, in 3 days plus a little bit of finishing up the fourth day. (One day they actually had at least 12 men up on the roof working!). I recommend Buccos without reservation.

Buccos was fantastic and I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and can "fix" most construction issues if they so arise during the project. They were prompt and completed my job in a timely manner.

From estimate to cleanup their work was top notch. Thoroughly explained and enthusiastic to take on the job without being pushy, communicated extremely clearly and made sure we knew what factors (weather, delivery times) might effect the project that were out of their control. Everything that was in their control was handled flawlessly and exceeded what was described. They had all materials and dumpster delivered ahead of time so they could hit the ground running around 7:30am, and stayed well after dark to finish. Came back the next day to install fascia on our roof bump out which didn’t even have metal on it in the first place and sweep the property for debris and nails again in the daylight. We received multiple compliments from neighbors already about the final look and how impressed they were with the crew, which speaks volumes on an inherently noisy/disruptive job for neighbors. This combination of efficiency and humility is rare in a company and we will enthusiastically recommend Buccos to friends and family, many of whom are contractors in other industries.

Because our roof has terrible moss, we found a type of copper stripping for rooftops that offers extra protection forever, that Nick never seen or heard of, he looked for and found a supplier and put it in the contract. Then, after waiting 6 mon. for it, because of COVID delays, they drove to CHICAGO to pick it up!

The Buccos team was fantastic. From coming out to quote the job, answering questions about options, to scheduling, and finally doing the work and closing up the project, I was always in the loop. They were great all the way around. A small piece of siding was damaged (things happen!) - immediately the project manager told me, showed me pictures, and wanted to know how they could make it right - ultimately sending out a couple guys to fix it the next day. They truly go above and beyond!

My townhouse row selected Buccos Roofing for a 9 unit roof replacement job. From the bidding process through installation, we had a very positive experience with customer relations, communication, on site organization, neatness and responsiveness to questions. It’s not easy to WOW 9 homeowners, but Buccos managed to do it.

Great experience with Bucco's Roofing! Bucco's made what was a unique project that could have been difficult to coordinate one that was seamless and smooth. Our project was unique because we had nine individual townhouse owners with connecting roofs that wanted to get all the roofs completed at the same time. This required all nine individual owners to agree on the contractor, materials, color, accessories and be within everyone's budget. Once Bucco's was selected, they then had to contract with each individual owner, coordinate during install, and make sure that nine individual owners were satisfied with the finished product. I will also note that since the award of the project to Bucco's was made in December, with signed contracts and minimal down payment they held pricing for the spring install. In addition since the contracts were with individual owners Bucco's offered financing options if the owner wanted to use the option. I believe Bucco's exceeded expectations on all accounts. Ed Valantas was our sales representative and made three visits to discuss the project with us, including the third meeting which was "all owners" meeting where he thoroughly went through all the roofing products in detail that would be used and presented all the shingle sample boards for color selection which was made on that day. The sales manager Bobby Butler also followed up to make sure Ed was providing superior service and asked if he could be of any assistance. The installation superintendent was Manny. Manny ran a safe, clean and efficient operation. I believe all nine owners were extremely satisfied with the entire process and happy we selected Bucco's!Vince
