My reroofing (tear off and rebuild) was done section by section instead of removing the entire roof and then starting the new. This limits the amount of exposure and wear & tear on the underlayment. It also safeguards the roof from a pop-up rainstorm and makes it easier to close. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up.

Roof is excellent. Took off one star for leaving numerous nails in the yard. One nail punctured the wheel of our lawn mowing service mower and left them with a flat tire.

They were very professional.

We got estimates from quite a few roofing companies, and some were a little less than Brinkmann's, but Brinkmann was far superior to the others in terms of professionalism and willingness to explain the process from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Ryan Laird, in particular, patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and provided an extremely helpful booklet that explained the materials that would be used and the various roofing methods. In fact, Ryan's thorough answers and his willingness to address all of our concerns was why we chose Brinkmann for our roof replacement. The shingles and other materials are top-quality, and the work crew was great. We also appreciated the help we got from the Project Superintendent, Daniel Watson, who was available throughout the construction to address any questions and concerns that came up.

There was a lack of supervision on my job. I had to do more as homeowner than I thought I would need to do. The crew found bad wood and they were trying to replace it with the wrong kind of material. Brinkmann Quality was already made aware of the special material prior to installation.

I have used Brinkman in the past. always satisfied. but this time clean up of job site was dissapointing. Lots of nails on ground and trash left around the yard.

Congruent with their name, they performed quality work with quality products, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They installed a beautiful new Owens Corning roof; replaced our old, worn lap siding with sharp looking HardiPlank products; installed an oversized, leaf-resistant guttering system (matched to our paint color); and applied a nice, crisp paint job to the appropriate areas. They also fabricated a new chimney cap and connected new ducting to roof jacks. From the sales cycle through installation they were excellent. Not the least expensive quote, but a high quality job.
