This is the second project I've done with Brightwing, and both times the whole crew was professional, communicative and hard-working. In my experience, it's rare when such a large project finishes on-time and meets expectations, but that's exactly what Brightwing did for me.

Fran and the crew at Brightwing were great. Fran was professional and courteous and gave me multiple options to choose from to complete my project. When we ran into unforeseen, preexisting issues with the structure, he stuck with it, found fair and equitable solutions to the problems and completed the job as quickly as possible. They really went above and beyond. The place looks great now and I would highly recommend Brightwing for your siding project. A++

In a time and area where most builders are using techniques that have been outdated for 30 years, Brightwing came in fully up to date on the modern techniques and materials. They accommodated my requests for materials and assemblies that differed from what they usually install, and were more than willing to work with my schedule and the steps I wished to undertake myself. Where other contractors will tell you that something you are concerned about is normal, Brightwing and especially Hector and his crew had no qualms fixing issues--even when it meant undoing work--to my satisfaction.

Cole Cooper was our Salesman/Project Manager. He was excellent when explaining our project and was very honest in what we needed and always kept us informed on a daily basis on what was next. His crew was also excellent and now we have a beautiful home that we have always wanted. Thank you Cole & “Brightwing”.

They were of the up most professional. They did what they said they were going to do. It was done on time and well within budget. We had additional construction projects that we were doing on our own. They worked with us so that we could get the other projects done. They were there for us every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our whole process with Brightwing - from the initial bid and through the complete process. I am so incredibly happy with how the project turned out. It was completed within the time frame they gave - even with us deciding to convert the garage to a bedroom!! Their communication skills between Fran and the workers was spot on. I would highly recommend them and have to my friends and customers.

The crew not only did a great job but they were also friendly and kept my property looking clean and tidy. For such a big expenditure, it was not as painful as I thought it might be. Areas For Improvement - I did not have high expectations of ANY construction company when I began my search, and expected to have a stressful and disappointing experience with my project. But my first encounter with Fran changed my mind about how it could go. And then he delivered exactly what he promised. I was really impressed with his integrity, professionalism, and expertise.

Areas Of Satisfaction - See above. From the outset of our relationship, I believed I could trust Fran and his crew to deliver what they promised. And that proved to be true. What I could not have predicted at that point, because I didn't think to ask him, was how organized and neat they would keep the worksite and I really loved that. And the results were beautiful.

The job was done professionally and quickly. They kept me informed of issues and progress on a daily basis as well as checked in with me for any questions/concerns each day before they started work. Despite rain delays, as well as some surprises (wood rot in part of my framing, roofing repairs needed) the project was finished in a timely manner, in fact sooner than I had anticipated. Excellent job. I've already recommended them to neighbors.

Fran and his crew were easy to deal with and always professional. The work they did was extensive, and included all new Hardie siding, soffits, and porch ceilings; and brick painting. It was all done with close attention to detail, and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
