They did a great job.
First group that came in after hot water heater exploded didn't know their head from a hole in the ground. What they did do set me back days in having my floor dry out. They didn't initially remove laminate flooring that was damaged just set up fans. Second group was better and actually knew what they were doing thank goodness. Overall it was a nightmare.
It took 4 month to get my mess cleaned up by the time they finished the mold had started growing really well, and as I said all the times that you have asked me to fill this out I have said you really don't want me to, this is the reason why. The only time I saw any real activity was when the insurance adjuster came and there were 4 people actually working. When I suggested they take the bags out of my carport and yard they informed me they would do this next time. My Insurance Agent had to make some noise in order to have them finally come back. There were items in the basement a wooden box that still had water in it, 2 walls that had not had the paneling removed which is now cut half ways up my walls, my tile was supposed to be removed 1/2 is gone, the adjuster said to take the carpet off the stairs it's still there. I don't normally complain but this was unacceptable. I am a very patient person but this pushed me to the limit.
