My experience with Brax Roofing Company was a positive experience, they were very professional, kept me informed about the process.

I will!

Always great service. From the sales reps answering basic questions to the installation team working quickly and efficiently Brax is our family’s to go company for roof repairs.

Great team-sales to installation. Excellent communication!

They were very professional and organized. Everything was done on time with no delays, and I was very pleased with their service.

We have an issue with our vent that brax had said they will resolve but have not.

Good workers

No

I have recommended Brax to my friends because of their honesty, quality workmanship, and response to my concerns.

See comments below.

Not likely to recommend due to my experience with quality control, unfortunately.

We spoke to 3 different roofing companies. Brax was the one that professionally showed up and quickly returned our calls. In addition, we weren't pressured into a contract by the sales person.

I am overall very satisfied. There were a couple of surprises when they discovered rotted wood. The fee went up, but it was justified. I could have wished for a little bit clearer communication.

The entire roofing and gutter installation experience was professional, timely, and at a reasonable cost.

Timely communication and updates

They are a good company to deal with.

While I have no problem with the roof work, I am very unhappy with the work you have done on the side of the house. I have requested you to correct the problem, but you have ignored me. I have never dealt with a company that disrespects its client.

Brax completed the work in a reasonable time. I also found their price to be competitive.

The pictures are great but I would appreciate If all the pictures of plywoods and FRT plywoods were number and taken so I would really know if I paid all the plywoods that were charged. Also take pictures of both gutters when completed and pictures of the whole roof to see the finish results.

We had a Owens Corning roof replacement and new gutters. Great product, reasonably priced and professionally installed. Brax was always available for questions or concerns. We highly recommend Brax for any roofing project you may have.

Brax Roofing was fast and did the job really well.
