Lack of comunication, no show. I was told work would be started and I would receive a text message to inform me of their expected arrival. None of those things have happened and I am still waiting for someone to come by to start work on my home.

Their contractors, the two people that came in here to restore my house were absolutely awesome. They took care of things in a timely manner, and they did a really great job.
