Trees fell on our house May 1 and 2 months later we were still living under a tarp. It took a second event, rain coming into the house from the loose tarp, before we could get someone from Disaster One to schedule a contractor to come out. The excuse we were given was "someone dropped the ball on this one". Even after the ball was picked up it didn't travel far. Contractors would not show up for weeks at a time. By October most of the repairs were completed and we had had enough. We signed off and told them not to come back. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them.
Disaster One started off very professional and courteous but ended up being complete jerks.
