Avoid Blackmon Mooring at all costs! What should have been a 3 month (at most) job took over a year and half to complete. No quality control, no accountability, no communication, no leadership in their management team.

Would not use Blackmon Mooring again. It took over 5 months to get work done, could never get a hold of the project manager, materials delayed, carpet subcontractor tried to get me to put inferior materials for replacement. Had a bad experience, except with wood floor installer.
After a pipe broke in our upstairs, flooding almost all of our downstairs, Blackmon Mooring was here promptly the same day, worked well with our insurance company and their remediation department continued to work alongside us to ensure the best care of our home.
I feel like if you have a job to do you should get it done in a timely manner. I feel like they use inexperience workers
Blackmon Mooring did a fairly good job of getting the drying done in our kitchen and dining area. They sub contracted out the reconstruction part of the job to R Luna Construction. They did a fantastic job of returning our kitchen and dining to a better status then prior to the accident.
Do not do business with Blackmon Mooring. During remediation, they damaged my home. They have still not finished reoairs to the damage they did. They are an authorized appraiser for my insurance company. After four months, ut became clear they weren't going to complete the appraisal. Seriously???
My overall experience with Blackmon Mooring was good. Marcellus the Project Coordinator was outstanding. The contractors that came to my house to do the work were excellent. They were all very professional and did an outstanding and quality job. I would definitely recommend Blackmon Mooring to my family and friends. Thanks Marcellus, Brandon, George, Bryan, Billie, Clay and Ruben all of you are "AWESOME".

You never want to live through a water leak in your home, but when it happened and my insurance company called Balckmon-Mooring to mitigate the damage they were quick, prompt, professional and always courteous. We worked with several different people during the process and I always knew what was happening and what would happen next. They kept the affected area isolated from the rest of the house and dealt with the insurance company when I needed more than they were willing to originally pay for. I would use them again and I highly recommend their work.
