We had our roof replaced and siding repaired by Big League Roofers in May. We had a fantastic customer experience and were very happy with the price for the value.Riley, with Big League Roofers, was great to work with: very knowledgeable, willing to negotiate with what is included and the price of the installation, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This included a walkthrough of the completed work to make sure it met our satisfaction, fixing any issues that we noticed with the installation that did not meet our expectations, and photographing the installation throughout the process to confirm what is being installed.Our only complaints was the short notice prior to having the roof replaced. We had a 1-2 week span of limited to no communication after signing our contract and then we were contacted the late evening before our installation. However, this is not a total negative complaint because we were told at the time of signing our contract that the short notice was a possibility and Riley also gave us the option to push the installation off to another day if it did not work with our schedule. Overall great work, customer service, and experience for our roof replacement!

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Big League Roofers as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
