What we hired them to do they did amazingly well. We were more than pleased with the kitchen. The disappointment was as a side our hardwood floors were messed up. This problem didn't seem a priority to anyone. But....the kitchen exceeded my expectations!

Additional Comments - The contractor used, Jesse Groberg, was courteous, reliable and had great suggestions for the bath remodel. He was extremely cost-conscious, taking time to plan out the floor layout to avoid using extra tile. My family was very pleased with the bath remodel, we think he went above and beyond what was expected. He was very safety minded concerning my special needs brother and very patient with him also.Kristy Steele was also wonderful to work with, always making sure the product was on site when needed and working to keep costs within budget. I feel both Kristy and Jesse understood fully what I desired and worked hard to make that happen. Both the electricians and plumber were great to work with again, as they had been on board our original remodel.

Bickley Design Build replaced our deck. We thought it would be a difficult project because the deck is 15 feet above ground level. However, it did not seem to be difficult for Bickley Design Build. They did a fantastic job and we are 100% satisfied with their work. They stayed within our budget, used the best materials, finished on schedule, and left the area clean when they finished. We highly recommend Bickley Design build.

He was gentle but helpful in steering us to make changes that were important, e.g. replacingand moving the ovens, rotating the island, etc. He was creative in the way that he changed the lighting,making it better but also beautiful. Carl was a delight to work with and did an excellent job every day, goingabove and beyond expectations. It was a joy to have him in my home. Kristy worked hard to solve problemseffectively and quickly and was more concerned about making the kitchen perfect than I was! What a wonderfulteam they all are. She seemed to want to remove any stress of the construction concerns from us and toshoulder it.
