I had an AMAZING experience with Better Built Siding and Windows from start to finish. First and foremost, the price point beat all the competitors that are certified, and none certified to install Hardie Fiber Cement siding. I looked at noncertified installers, but that was before I found out Hardie will not guarantee their siding and products, if it is installed incorrectly, so choosing a “CERTIFIED” in staller is key. Better Built Siding and Window is certified and have been installing Hardie products for over 25yrs and they have been doing it the longest. Therefore, they are so extraordinarily the best at doing it. I researched my project for over a year before making the correct choice to go with Better Built Siding and Windows. I'm so elated that I did choose the right contractor. I had a million questions and was in constant contact with Robert Guice. CEO and his amazing Team of Professionals. It is so hard to find an honest contractor in the times we live in, but Robert is a very honest and nice guy. I could not believe it an honest contractor in the world. I found one in Robert. You can too. Robert and the Team ALWAYS quickly and consistently responded to all my questions. They were on time, worked all day long, except lunch break and they even worked in the constantly changing Texas weather. Jose was always the first guy here and one of the last to leave. The Team removed my existing siding and put a large portion of OSB and wrap on the first day. They were even able to save my existing aluminum gutters that are only ~5yrs old. I had several contractors tell me they had to destroy my gutters to put up siding, but they could give me new gutters at an added inflated price. I now know that is untrue. Melvin and his son are masters of painting. The technique of how the paint was applied was masterful. They really took time to apply the paint so that is why it looks so amazing. Melvin and his son are true artists with paint. I got and highly recommend getting what I call "The Works". (Hardie everything!!!- siding, OSB, wrap, soft fit and the trim and Sherwin Williams Life-time paint. This is taking advantage of all that Hardie, and Sherwin Williams has to offer. I was so excited watching my home, that is over 40yrs old, be transformed into a completely new house. I'm still in awe that my house, now the best-looking house on the block, is my house. Thank you so very much Better Built Siding and Windows, the best in the business, in my opinion.

BBS & W did a great job on our project. We went through two other contractors that were complete failures. We wish we would have contacted Better Built first, our project would have been completed a month or more sooner.

The owner and the workers were always nice and polite. However, that is not enough when you are spending a lot of your hard earned money. Unless you have money to throw around and don't care about the fine details, you may want to choose another contractor. My project for siding took three months...one due to rain, two because I made them redo the back of my house due to crookedness, shoddy work and poor water protection at the base which was promised (and I am still not 100% satisfied with), three I think they were too busy and I was often an after though project. I had to constantly message and text and call to get things done. My door bell was placed at my eye level....I am 5'9". framing and trim on windows were so crooked my neighbors came and told me to make sure I saw it. My stuff....for example my sprinkler system box was just thrown in the yard and trampled on and covered in dirt. I am still picking up nails and pieces of siding and wood in the yard as I work on my landscaping. And now, just two months after completion...parts of the siding and or caulk are coming apart. I sent a text, no response. My french door they put in was not supposed to have panes....I was told the owner would come change. After a month of trying I finally realize he aint coming. From far off the house looks good.....but for me that is not good enough.But....the owner is very polite and seems like a nice guy. Just didn't quite follow through on promises, hard to communicate and get responses and I feel like I paid way to much money and don't have a quality result.

I was very satisfied with the work. The crew was polite and efficient my only concern was delayed in starting the job and the lack of communication with scheduling.

After trying to work with two other contractors and getting nothing done we contacted BBSW. They attacked the project immediately and finished the job.

The scheduling for this project was impossible because of the weather, the sides of my house had to be removed and replaced. When they could start, they finished the job quickly and beautifully. I truly didn't think my house would look so great. They crew leader even removed and redid some work that was done on an afternoon he left early. The next morning when he returned, he started replacing the parts he felt were not up to his standards, without comment from me. That morning, it was hailing for about 20 minutes. He had his crew wait, and then finish the project. I would hire them again tomorrow if I had the need. Penny at their office is a magician!Thank you for making me proud of my house again!!!

We received quotes from three James Hardie Products certified installers and Better Built is who we chose for our project. Robert Guice (salesman) was personable and answered all of our questions without a strong sales pitch. Our biggest concern was knowing that the Hardie product would be installed correctly. Better Built provided a professional installation resulting in a beautiful exterior on our home. Questions were answered promptly and any concerns were corrected immediately and without argument. We have recommended Better Built to our friends and neighbors, one of whom has contracted with Better Built to have their siding and windows replaced. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Better Built Companies for our siding project.

Better Built provide good work and a quality product. Met expectations and delivered on a timely basis.Better Built replaced the upstairs siding to the existing add-on room and replaced all of the soffit and fascia for the entire house.

The project he did for me was a very very good project. A little communication from Roger would be great. I am a subcontractor so we had a roof start because I do commercial and this is residential. In commercial my hard dates are the start and finish dates and we are tied strongly to those. In residential it is a little loser and I had to live with that. I have already recommended them.

Better Built did a great job on my home. The project involved a siding crew and a painting crew. Each of them kept the property clean and organized and the personnel were conscientious and courteous. Any questions that arose during the project were fully addressed and I am completely satisfied with the project and value received.

We chose Better Built for our window,door, and siding project after getting quotes from 8 other companies. We had an unusual request for a siding width pattern that many other companies were not that interested in doing, however; Robert embraced it with enthusiasm. All the staff that were on our property were extremely respectful of our landscape and cleaned up every day before leaving. We threw in a couple of small add on projects, and they were scheduled in and completed quickly. I would recommend this company on any home remodel project!

We were so impressed with Better Built. We found them on the James Hardie website. They replaced all wooden siding on our 1978-built house, including installing staggered shingles on the gables. All trimwork was excellent. We felt like we were getting a unique blend of craftsmanship plus an eye for aesthetics. Robert the owner, Pablo the installer, and Emelio the painter were each wonderful to work with, willing to collaborate to make sure we got the look we wanted. All the workmen on the job were pleasant, competent craftsmen and high-quality individuals to have around. They made sure we were happy with everything. We feel like we have found a quality contractor and will use them if we have another project. Our neighbors were universally complimentary and impressed with the results.
