I was very disappointed in the transaction of the check sent to the company from my insurance company. The GM sent me a letter stating they would send me a check for the overage for my gutters within a week. Instead it was 6 weeks later that I received the check. The workmanship on my roof was awesome. During this time they kept asking me to sign off on the completion documents but the job was not complete.
