From beginning to end, the experience was seamless. I had continuity as far as the sales office staff, the crew that did the roofing was great. Everything was explained. The cleanup was good. It was prompt because it was done in one day. They used quality materials, and I only have to do this once every 20-30 years, and I made the right choice.
