I was told by the salesperson that they would be monitoring the job but never heard from him that day or since. Very unhappy with the roofing job. Waves and ripples in the front, shingles with buckled up lips, drip line in the back not functioning, rain dripping over the gutter. They are Brand new gutters. I had the installer come over and he indicated this was the issue. Shingles in ridgeline over the garage already buckling. Terrible job and I wish I never agreed to it, bad mistake.

Because I feel like I got the wrong product. The color is not the color that I ordered. Too many **** hoops to jump through to try to get everything corrected. No customer service whatsoever from the folks at Best choice roofing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They had me fill out credit form to take care of my out-of-pocket expenses. And then called me asking me why that I haven't paid it yet they never turned in the credit application for me. I had to jump through hoops to get that taken care of. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ever!

The company was awesome. They were transparent. The process was pain-free with no hassle. They communicated very well.

They came out here in one day and kicked their socks off! My roof was rough, but it is beautiful now.

I was coerced into agreeing and signing document when it wasn't even finished then was told by Greg Reardon I had to pay the entire price or finance it. I only wanted the roof fixed, not replaced. It was supposed to take one day but took FIVE days and they said they'd come back and inspect it but have not done it.

Some of the crew working on my roof seemed not to speak English well or made it seem they didn't. They left one day , after only been there for an hour and said they would be back the next day. The supervisor brought them back and apologized, putting them back to work as a punishment, at 4pm. They skipped some cleaning up. On the whole the Job itself was well done, no leaks, with the one rain we have had.

Had all kinds of issues with roof installation. Took almost 2 months to get everything resolved. Getting ready to write letter to Corporate with photos of all the issues I had.

Bad communication within the company. Workers we're not informed about installing a cricket. I couldn't communicate with the workers. No one on sight could speak English. The phone translator didn't work well either

You tried to scam me out of 780 dollars

Poor communication regarding project timing and job specs. Multiple incorrect and/or untrue answers from project manager.

They were very professional from start to finish. It was a good process to the cleanup.

My experience has been a nightmare with this company. This first week, they looked at the leak in the roof, and after much discussion, they did finally replace the roof. I am still having to battle with the interior damage done to my house. They did not make a quick decision on that. There was more damage on the inside of my house, and I continue to battle this.
