My experience has been a nightmare with this company. This first week, they looked at the leak in the roof, and after much discussion, they did finally replace the roof. I am still having to battle with the interior damage done to my house. They did not make a quick decision on that. There was more damage on the inside of my house, and I continue to battle this.
