Tim O’nan stopped by my house after being in the neighborhood. He was very courteous and thoughtful. He noticed I had missing shingles from my roof. He offered me a free estimate to just get a better understanding of the condition of my roof. After inspection we learned there was so many shingles missing that weren’t visible from the ground. In fact there were 50 on one side and 10 on the other side missing. From start to finish, Tim took the initiate to help guide me through the process from contacting my insurance company, meeting them onsite and handling all the paperwork necessary to file my claim. My roof looks so awesome. So much that my neighbors have reached out to comment on it. The entire team did a wonderful job.

The job itself was fine, but I cannot separate the job from the office, so I have no comment.

They were fast at tearing off the roof and putting the new one on. Very professional!!

They didn't listen to my comments. The salesperson was great, but the sub-contractor ruined my plants with the tarp they used, broke my TV antenna and didn't replace it. The roof has cuts and scrapes, as my new roof was evaluated at 7 years old by an outside estimator.
