Workers hit the ground running. They knew exactly what they had to do and they went to work right away and stayed at it until the job was done. Excellent team and excellent teamwork.
There wasn't a project manager on site when it was completed. There was no one that spoke English either. No one did a final check on the work that was done. The salespeople came out afterwards because the project manager responsible for it went on vacation. They called their sales manager and I'm still not sure if it was all done correctly. There was no one on the production side. Nobody really knew what they were doing.
The person who sold me the roof lied. The cleanup was horrible. They had to come back 3 different times, and it still wasn't clean, but they said it was normal.
They did an excellent job.
I had to go to the higher-ups because they were trying to charge me more money than I possibly owed. They had threatened me and removed me from my account, but I had to keep calling people about the credit, warranty, and paying more than they were after, and I did not appreciate that at all.
