This was the third time that my business partner and I had used Best Choice for roof repair as they had replaced both our residential homes in the past.
It was a pleasant experience prior but this time not so great.
Our sales representative was Jamie. At first, everything seemed on track. I feel as soon as the sale was in motion that she was not as interested in completing the process. I had to end up calling to find out details of when my roof would be replaced and basically had to follow up on my own. Jamie failed to return my calls and I was very disappointed and discouraged as we had not had this happen in the past.
I had a good experience with the lady at the main office and the accounting lady to settle our bill, they both helped complete the process . I had absolutely no follow up from Jamie which was not good customer service.
Overall we would prob not go with this company again. Very unhappy about the amount of debris in my attic and the nails in my yard (one in which I stepped on). This could have been avoided with better communication. We could have been told ahead of time there would be that much debris and covered up our things in the attic and looked for nails on the ground. We were told that we could get additional reimbursement for upgrades that were standard with the company, but would be considered extra by our insurance company. We were told that would be handled after the install. That has not been done and we have asked several times about it. Very disappointing.
