We were fortunate to have as our representative, Victoria Bryan. She was extremely cordial and thorough. Everything was explained in detail. BCR attempted to repair our roof. However, the damage was too much for just a repair. So, they provided a complete replacement.
Ms. Bryan was such a jewel throughout the entire process. After the replacement was completed, she provided documentation justifying the need for the replacement to our insurer and remained in constant contact with them offering whatever was requested by them. She would ensure that we were abreast of what was happening each step of the way. Because her fervency, our insurer determined the need for the replacement was certainly warranted. We offer extreme commendations of a job well done to Ms. Victoria Bryan and the BCR Team that worked with her to provide us with such a beautifully replaced roof.
