they did a terrible job not satisfied and they haven't finish the work i call 2 times and they told me sorry but, they didn't return to finish very upset

There were many parts of Belfor that did fine. When it came down to finishing up this piece however, they dropped the ball completely. The Mold restoration group and the Pack-in and Pack-out group were both fine. It was really just the contractor and/or the project lead that dropped the ball.
There is no follow-up nor response from the Project Manager (Justus Manderbach) after I have signed the contract. I have tried to contact him but to no avail. As I remember , I have to call and talk to Mr. Piazza about this problem. The subcontractor are not in contact with the owner after they check the house and no time to call back or inform owner what is the ??????. lack of communication and too many subcontractor... who is who?
I would not recommend them to others.
