The man who did my shower was very prompt both days. He also repaired our other shower with tiles removed from my shower saving us the cost of a full box of tiles when we only needed six.

Very fast and efficient

This was the hardest working man I have seen in a long time. He didn't play or mess around. He just got to it, stayed on it until it got done. He was polite, kind, and courteous.

I know we have the pandemic, but it took an extremely long time for what was put in. At first, everything was fine, and it turns out that they didn't put a handle on the wall. I am handicapped, and they knew I was handicapped, and I have to get on the chair from my wheelchair to get in. I noticed that the shower tub was very slick, and a couple of times I almost fell. It would not be a good scene, and I have only one leg. We put a washcloth to stand on, so I don't slip, and the second one is to get out. I called and no response, and the second time I called I told them It has to get fixed. Yesterday, they sent a repairman, and then the gentleman came to me and told me they did not put a sealant on the tub and that there is not any sealant on the tub. He put a thick layer, and he missed the upper part from the drain up the front of the shower front. You cannot get into the shower for 24 hours, and I have to have him come back and wait for him to finish. I feel I can't get good quality, and I would not recommend them at all.

It takes them too long.

Bart has done roofing for us prior to the walk in tub. We think of him as a friend and also someone we conduct business with. He is fair and honest and we appreciate that. Carlos the installer was great. He came in and did the work very professionally.
