Price was very competitive, especially when considering the quality of the products used and Bay-to-Bay's installation. The entire roof was replaced in one day and the crew assigned to do this job did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Sales was handled by Geno and he was outstanding to work with. I would not hesitate to hire Bay-to-Bay again if I buy another house and need a new roof.

You caught my house on fire and have made no attempts to rectify the situation. Your insurance broker Mr. Brown has been difficult and combative, often sighting misinformed google searches for reasons why he can’t file an insurance claim and why you are not accountable for the very real problem you have caused at our house.
