We are very pleased with the shower that we have. Both of us have problems, I had a hip replacement and my husband has been very ill. It works wonderfully for both of us.
The sales person needs to show the customer exactly what they're getting.

The installer was here until 7:00 PM in order to finish the job, even though he had a 1-1/2 hour drive to go home. I appreciated his dedication.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
