The only drawback to this project was the price. Baine was the highest proposal of three bids.

Baine Roofing installed a new roof in connection with an exterior renovation of our home. We initially expected that the roof would need to wait until spring. However, Ross was able to find an open day due to favorable weather. The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. There were at least six workers on our roof and it was very apparent that they worked well together. At the end of the day, our roof was complete and the workmanship was excellent. The final bill was exactly the estimated price provided in the firm’s quote. There were no upcharges or change orders. We want to extend a special thanks to Ross, who prepared the estimate, provided solid recommendations on roofing materials / warranties and their approach to making sure that our roof will last. We want to thank Baine Roofing for a quality job that was completed on time and within their estimate.
