The owner and his son came to our home immediately after we had a water heater leak that shot a high-pressure water stream that bore a hole through the sheetrock in the ceiling and soaked the walls and the carpeting in the master bedroom, and part of the garage ceiling and walls. My wife and I were thankful that the leak happened only a few days before a scheduled 5-week vacation, and NOT while we were on vacation. They cut out all the damaged sheetrock in the ceiling and side walls, and ran fans and a dehumidifier to dry things out. Highly recommend their services. I honestly don't think you could find better people to get the job done!
Professional and very friendly. The work was clean and timely.
This was the worse company, I have ever had try to help me. They have bad customer service and it was the worse disaster.
They were very efficient and professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Avalon Disaster Services went way above and beyond for us. Our insurance company was not going to pay for the water damage that we had under our home. However, Avalon took charge and worked with our insurance company and was able to get them to pay for it!! They are AMAZING! Thank you Avalon for taking care of not only our water damage, but also our insurance issues. You guys are wonderful!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Avalon Disaster Services as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
