I would have rated Avalon a 4 on the quality of workmanship but before tearing out the old floors and base boards they should have asked or suggested to cover our furniture and bedding. As a result of not asking our furniture and bedding was covered with a white chalky dust. Also the workers left the white chalky dust and particles on the floors. I would suggest they vacuum the floors after pulling out the floor boards and floors for future.

They left all the trash in the garage. It cost me over 700 to get it cleaned up.

They were very courteous and explained everything that they were going to do. They were very professional.

I didn't have to lift a finger, they did everything. They were top notch.

I had Avalon come in after a 24 hour water leak. They started at 10:30am and left at 3:00am the first day. They worked very fast and very hard. They returned several times over the next week to maintain and move around the drying equipment. As far as the work they did removing wet carpet, padding, opening the drywall, the did an excellent job and I would recommend them.

These guys are truly amazing! Not only did they drop everything that they were doing to address a very serious water mitigation but they took the time to explain what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and how long it would take to resolve the issue. There is no higher recommendation that I could give for Avalon than my sincere thanks and appreciation.
